 Mr. Shree Bista is the CEO and the founder of Kalika Info Tech Inc. Shree brings 15 years of American experience in Information Technology sector. He worked on several major American projects such as Y2K and HIPAA.
Shree holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University, Nebraska, USA and Associate in Applied Science Degree in Computer Programming Technology from Metropolitan Community College, Nebraska, USA and postgraduate degree from University of Nebraska, USA. Shree worked for over nine years in Mutual of Omaha (www.mutualofomaha.com), Nebraska, USA as a Systems Analyst/Software Engineer. Prior to Mutual of Omaha, he worked as a Software Engineer at ITI Telemarketing Inc, Nebraska for three years and as a Computer Lab administrator at Metropolitan Community College for a year. Shree provides the necessary direction and skills to take Kalika Info Tech on a firm growth path. He is based in Nebraska, USA. |

 Mr. Greg Rudersdorf is a Senior Technical Consultant/Advisor of Kalika Info Tech Inc. Greg has over 22 years of experience in Information Technology sector. He has worked with several large American IT corporations.
Greg holds a Management Information Systems degree from University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA and he is decorated with Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Mutual of Omaha PROMPT II Project manager training.
Greg worked for First Data Corporation (FDR) in Omaha, Nebraska, USA for several years as a Senior Consultant. Prior joining to FDR, he was employed with Mutual of Omaha (www.mutualofomaha.com) over ten years. Some of his responsibilities includes: providing performance consulting for new application development on mainframe and distributed platforms. He reviewed design of new applications; he developed representative statistical models that predict system performance and resource consumption. These models had prevented expensive rework and delay that otherwise would have occurred. The improved designs helped ensure the success of multi-million dollar projects. He also developed a specialty in predicting behavior of applications utilizing complex rules-based decision engines.
